Latest News About Nigeria Customs Service

The Comptroller General of Customs (CGC), Col. Hameed Ali (rtd), on Tuesday, announced that the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) will by 12:00am Wednesday, open its portal for fresh recruitment.

The process which will see 3,200 officers and men fill existing vacancies is expected to last for the next three weeks.

The recruitment will be conducted to fill 800 space in the Support Staff for Superintendent Cadre category, while the 2,400 space will go for Customs Inspector and Customs Assistant Cadre in the General Duty category.

Superintendent Cadre:

The Superintendent Cadres are senior ranking officers comprising of Assistant Superintendent of Customs.

Applicants under this category must Nigerians within the ages of 18-30 years. They must poses a university degree or higher national diploma.

Inspectorate Cadre

Assistant Inspectors are Mid-Level officers comprising of Assistant Inspectors of Customs. Applicants must have OND or NCE.

Assistant Cadre

The Assistant Cadres are junior ranking officers comprising of Customs Assistant. Applications are accepted from FSLC and SSCE holders.
